JCMI has written and published a book for first year residents during their training. This differential diagnosis book consists of the main complaints that they will encounter. The differentials are organized in 5-6 different organ systems, with 5-6 of the most common complaints in that specific organ system. It also teaches how to diagnose these conditions and their treatment modalities. This allows for an organized approach to each complaint.
